Axing ORX 14-01 Optical Receiver Satellite Single Cable Multiswitch (SCR/CSS) with 2 x 16 User Bands

This is an optical receiver for receiving signals from an OTX 51-00 optical transmitter. The optical receiver converts the optical signals back into RF signals. The OTX 14-01 receiver is powered by an external power supply SZU 99-06 (not included). The ORX 14-01 provides single cable I + II compatible signals (EN 50494/EN 50607) and terrestrial for up to 16 terminal devices at two outputs. It also provides legacy signals (SAT and terrestrial) at two outputs. The ORX 14-01 has two SCR outputs. There are 16 user bands available on each of these. For receivers according to EN 50607, all 16 user bands can be used. For receivers with EN 50494, 8 user bands are available per output. No direct optical connection between transmitter and receiver must be established. Transmitter and receiver both have an SC APC optical port. Axing distributors of the OVE xx-03 series can be used for distribution, which also have SC-APC connectors. Use e.g. B. Axing cable OAK xx-03 to make connections between components. Check the optical level of the signal with an optical meter before connecting it to the receiver. Use optical attenuators (OZU xx-03) to adjust the level. The device and the outer conductors of the coaxial cable must be connected to the potential equalization. This is to avoid dangerous overvoltages according to EN 60728-11.
